Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Sharjah. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff hiring and training, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities also include budgeting, inventory management, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Hiring and Training staff
Effective Communication skills
Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,001.00 per month
