We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Restaurant Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our dining room and lead our team to provide best-in-class service. This role is perfect for someone with a fine dining background, strong leadership skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate a team of hosts, servers, and support staff
Maintain Michelin-level service standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to coordinate service
Manage reservations and guest relations with a focus on personalized experiences
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
Monitor inventory, labor, and supply costs to meet budgetary goals
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a fine dining or Michelin-recognized restaurant
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing
Proficiency with POS and reservation systems (e.g., Sevenrooms, OpenTable, Servme)
Ability to stay composed in a high-pressure environment
Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
