We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
Hire, train, supervise, and schedule front- and back-of-house staff.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and promptly.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the UAE as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
Experience with staff training and performance evaluation.
