Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house service and back-of-house efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure high service and food quality standards Lead, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maximize performance and efficiency Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns Control inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers Handle financial management including budgets, cost control, sales monitoring, and reporting Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and profitability Maintain strong supplier relationships and uphold outlet standards at all times

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (Pakistani/Desi restaurant experience preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance Ability to meet budgets, control costs, and improve profitability UAE experience is an advantage
