Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service
Supervise, train, and motivate staff
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations
Coordinate with suppliers and management for smooth operations
Requirements:
Proven 5-10 years of experience as a Restaurant or Food Service Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Background in healthcare or institutional catering is an advantage
