What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring world-class guest experiences
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain the highest service standards
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong, professional team
• Maintain Michelin-level service quality and implement continuous improvements
• Manage budgets and optimize costs without compromising guest satisfaction
• Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for menu planning, special events, and smooth service flow
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle VIP reservations and special requests with discretion and excellence
• Resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain loyalty
• Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance the restaurant's reputation
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience managing fine dining or Michelin-rated establishments
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and hospitality is a major advantage
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus
• Degree in hospitality management preferred
