Position Overview
The Business Development and Client Relations Manager - Offshore Logistics - ADNOC Abu Dhabi will lead business growth, client engagement, and marketing initiatives within the offshore logistics division. This role focuses on identifying and developing new opportunities, managing franchise and client relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth in alignment with ADNOC's strategic objectives.

Core Duties

• Lead the development and implementation of offshore logistics business development strategies in line with ADNOC's growth objectives
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client engagement, and strategic partnerships
• Oversee client relations, ensuring satisfaction, long-term retention, and the creation of new revenue streams
• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to expand ADNOC's offshore logistics market presence
• Coordinate with business units to prepare investment cases and proposals for new opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company branding, service standards, and customer care guidelines
• Manage the preparation and execution of client visits, exhibitions, and promotional events
• Lead the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and performance management reports
• Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, risks, and growth opportunities
• Oversee budget preparation, cost monitoring, and variance analysis to ensure financial control
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promote innovation, and recommend efficiency-enhancing processes
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC's HSE standards, promote safety culture, and support sustainability programs
• Develop and mentor team members, with a focus on building talent pipelines and supporting UAE National development

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in commercial operations within oil and gas, logistics, or offshore services, including at least 4 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas business, maritime logistics, and related regulations
• Experience in strategic business planning, client relations, and contract management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a long-term strategic mindset
• Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of management and industry peers
• Proficiency in English and strong numerical and reporting skills
