Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships Control costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Prepare reports on sales, budgets, and performance Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales Maintain restaurant cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Basic financial and inventory management knowledge

Education & Experience



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred) 2-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
