Job Description

We are currently hiring on behalf of a premium restaurant group in Kuwait. This is a top-tier opportunity for experienced Restaurant Managers to lead operations in a high-end, fast-paced, and guest-focused environment. Start date: ASAP Contract: 2 years ( the project duration is initially 6 months, with reallocation to other brands afterward. These could include premium, upscale, ongoing, or fast-casual concepts)

Candidate Requirements:

Solid experience in a restaurant manager role within premium standalone restaurants (not hotels)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong background in service excellence, guest relations, and daily operations

Must have previous GCC experience

Valid passport (minimum 2 years remaining)

Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Able to relocate and start immediately i Preferred Cuisine Background:

Italian

American

Pan-Asian (Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.)

Salary Package: KWD 900 / month (approx. 2,930 USD)

Basic Salary: KWD 600 Housing & Transportation: Either company-provided shared accommodation and shuttle service (optional), or a combined housing and transport allowance of KWD 225 + KWD 75, depending on the employeeaEUR(TM)s preference.
