Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
Customer Service:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly.
Ensure staff provides excellent service and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
Motivate and develop team members to enhance productivity and service.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
Monitor daily sales, inventory, and expenditures.
Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.
Marketing & Promotions:
Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns to attract customers.
Work with marketing teams to improve restaurant visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management best practices.
