We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. The ideal candidate will oversee staff management, maintain service standards, optimize customer satisfaction, and handle inventory and budgeting responsibilities. You will be responsible for creating a productive work environment and resolving any operational issues quickly.
Key Responsibilities
:
Supervise and coordinate front- and back-of-house operations.
Lead hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
Manage inventory, vendor relations, and procurement.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
Handle POS systems, sales tracking, and reporting.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
