Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our North Indian restaurant in International City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, deep knowledge of North Indian cuisine, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Supervise and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Ensure authentic preparation and presentation of North Indian dishes. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships for ingredients and equipment. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Develop and implement marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions. Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance. Ensure cost controls in food, labor, and waste while meeting revenue goals. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen team for menu development and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian or North Indian dining setup. Deep understanding of North Indian food culture, ingredients, and preparation methods. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus. Multilingual skills (especially Hindi or Punjabi) are an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
