The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to restaurant teams, supporting both front-of-house and kitchen operations. This role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability while ensuring excellent guest service and strict adherence to Brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the restaurants in the assigned portfolio meet
Brand operational, quality, and food safety standards
Analyze restaurant sales and performance, and drive improvements in operations, execution, profitability, and guest satisfaction
Understand local market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor trends
Establish sales, service, and performance goals in coordination with franchise owners and Management
Provide exceptional guest service and effectively resolve customer issues
Lead and conduct regular team meetings
Deliver training to restaurant staff on Brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, LTOs (Limited Time Offers), and operational updates
Ensure proper execution of new products, promotions, and processes during marketing windows
Develop business plans and implement action plans with franchise owners
Communicate a clear vision and expectations to restaurant teams
Management Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop restaurant team members
Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance
Manage and coordinate with the Restaurant Management team
Coach and motivate teams to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase guest satisfaction

2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
within a chain of restaurant or fast-food concept in the UAE
