JOB DESCRIPTION - RESTAURANT MANAGER

About the Role
We are opening a new branch in Nad Sheba and are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Quality

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance across all areas
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff
• Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
• Create staff schedules and manage attendance
• Provide coaching and performance feedback
• Lead by example to maintain a positive work culture

Customer Experience

• Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor online reviews and take corrective action where needed
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers

Financial & Administrative Duties

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Monitor expenses, labour costs, and work within budget
• Assist in creating promotions, upselling plans, and marketing activities
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to UAE food safety standards
• Maintain restaurant licenses, permits, and inspection readiness

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Good knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and reporting
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Able to join within 30 days
