Job Summary:

We are looking for a young, energetic, and well-presentable

Restaurant Manager

with experience in managing restaurant or hotel operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on operational knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations (Front & Back of House) Prepare and manage staff schedules Coordinate with the kitchen team for menu planning and updates Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination Evaluate staff performance and provide training Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer experience Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports Support and enforce company policies and procedures Assist in local marketing, promotions, and events

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Age up to 35 years Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

Leadership, organizational, and team management skills Passion for hospitality and customer service Currently in Dubai or available for immediate joining
