Duties & Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the restaurant's P&L performance, achieving the set revenue targets

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and suggest actions to improve profitability

Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability

Ensure staff understand the menu and service standards

Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Lead by example to inspire and motivate a high-performing team

Plan and manage staff schedules

Handle basic HR documentation (leaves, requests, forms)

Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, using it to improve service standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Previous UAE F&B Experience on a managerial position (at least 20 staff members)

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage operations during peak service periods

- Proficiency in restaurant management systems (POS, reservations, scheduling tools)

- Excellent English and Russian communication skills

- Confident laptop & mobile user (manuals, schedules, reports, team announcements are online)

- Calm under pressure, warm, and guest-focused
