Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations (Front & Back of House).
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth workflow.
Plan, update, and coordinate menus with the kitchen team.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and manage vendor coordination.
Evaluate team performance and provide training and motivation.
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and brand image.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial and performance reports.
Promote the brand locally through marketing activities, social media promotions, and special events.
Support and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
Currently
based in Dubai
or available for immediate joining.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
Hands-on, team-oriented, and proactive attitude.
