Role Definition



The Floor Manager at Dimos Cafe and Restaurant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's front-of-house, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. The role involves team supervision, customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with restaurant standards. The Floor Manager will act as a bridge between the management and the service team, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and upholding the restaurant's reputation for quality and hospitality.



Responsibilities & Deliverables



1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence



Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly.

Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback effectively.

Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and adherence to hospitality standards.


2. Staff Supervision & Training



Lead and supervise service staff, ensuring professional conduct.

Conduct regular training sessions for staff on service etiquette and operational efficiency.

Manage staff schedules, shifts, and task assignments.


3. Operational Efficiency



Oversee floor operations and maintain smooth workflow.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain order accuracy and timely service.


4. Sales & Revenue Management



Encourage upselling and cross-selling techniques among staff.

Monitor daily sales and suggest strategies for improvement.

Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and peak-hour handling.


5. Compliance & Reporting



Ensure all legal, hygiene, and operational policies are met.

Conduct daily reports on service performance and customer feedback.

Address any operational issues and escalate them when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
