Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Manage and train staff to maintain high service and operational standards.
Control costs and monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relations.
Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently met.
Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism.
Support marketing activities, events, and promotions.
Prepare and analyze sales and expense reports to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of proven experience in restaurant management within the UAE
.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Good knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
Valid UAE Driving License and personal car (mandatory).
Proficient in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
