Role Overview:

As the

Restaurant Manager

, you will be the face of the restaurant and the guardian of its service excellence. You'll oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and work closely with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless fine dining experience. You will embody the brand's ethos of understated sophistication and guest-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily front-of-house operations. Lead, motivate, and train the service team to meet luxury hospitality standards. Ensure flawless guest experiences -- from greeting to farewell. Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and presentation. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Manage reservations, floor plans, and VIP guest handling. Track and optimize sales performance, upselling, and revenue management. Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively. Maintain stock control, staff scheduling, and operational budgets.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of managerial experience

in fine dining or luxury hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills. Deep understanding of guest relations and luxury service etiquette. Proven experience managing a multicultural team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; Arabic or European language proficiency is a plus. Must be

based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
