Restaurant Manager
to lead our team across our branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
Lead, train, and support the front-of-house team
Manage staff schedules and performance
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce waste
Report directly to central management
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of POS systems and operational reporting
Fluent in English and Arabic
Must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately (preferred)
