The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Arabic Mandi restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, high food quality, efficient staff performance, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The role involves supervising all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations (dining area, kitchen, delivery, and takeaway).
Ensure authentic Arabic Mandi dishes are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards.
Maintain excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Manage restaurant staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and municipality regulations.
Train and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
Implement promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
Prepare daily sales reports, cash handling, and financial summaries.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness and a welcoming ambiance at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Arabic or Mandi cuisine.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of traditional Arabic and Mandi dishes.
Ability to manage a multicultural team.
Good understanding of restaurant POS systems and reporting.
Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
UAE experience and knowledge of local food regulations are an advantage.
