Behind The Cup (BTC), is hiring a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager for its operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH), managing the team, ensuring service and quality standards, and driving business growth.
Requirements:
A hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Experience:
2-3 years in a similar role in the F&B/restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in all daily operations, including staff supervision, managing customer service, and maintaining operational standards.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Location:
Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and available for interviews.
Skills:
Proven experience in the F&B/restaurant industry is a must, along with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
