Requirements
Age below 35 years
Graduate in
Hotel / Restaurant Management
from a reputed institute
5-7 years' proven experience in managing restaurants, preferably with
five-star hotels or reputed F&B brands
Strong leadership and people management skills (managing 20+ team members)
Excellent customer service and guest relation skills
Ability to manage food cost, quality control, and operational efficiency
Energetic, pleasant personality, and result-driven
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Must be based in Dubai and
ready to join immediately
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across service, kitchen, and support staff
Monitor and control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses
Train, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards
Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Work with senior management to achieve sales and profitability targets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
