Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Restaurant Manager

to oversee daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in the UAE

and a deep understanding of the local market, customer preferences, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability. Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring high performance and morale. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed. Implement and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally. Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue. Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular evaluations. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu consistency and quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in the UAE

is mandatory. Arab language speaking. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of UAE F&B laws, hygiene standards, and municipality regulations. Proven ability to increase revenue and optimize operational efficiency. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and MS Office. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Experience in managing fine dining, casual dining, or high-volume restaurants. Knowledge of staff visa processing and local labor laws.
