A popular casual dining restaurant is launching a new branch in Jumeirah. We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of operations, sales, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure seamless service.
Recruit, train, and lead staff while fostering a motivated team culture.
Plan and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service and consistent quality.
Develop and implement business growth initiatives and partnerships.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
Ensure proper inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
Proven track record in restaurant management (casual/fine dining).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Go-getter with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory); English preferred.
Solid understanding of operations, sales, and marketing.
