We are looking for a manager who truly understands shisha, fine dining, and luxury experiences.
Your Mission:
Create a unique shisha and dining experience that makes every guest feel at home.
Lead, manage, and inspire the team to ensure consistent quality and service.
Organize DJ nights, themed events, and exclusive parties to elevate the brand.
Build and maintain VIP relationships, understanding the needs of high-end clientele.
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of management experience in restaurants or shisha lounges.
Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus).
Strong knowledge of shisha culture and premium lifestyle.
Leadership, execution skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
