Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch service, customer satisfaction, and a smooth-running operation. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

What you will do:

Manage and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards of service. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing duties, inventory management, and supply ordering. Train, develop, and motivate team members to maintain excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and sanitation. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction. Analyze financial reports, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures. Create and implement staff schedules to optimize labor costs while maintaining service levels. Assist in menu planning, special events, and promotional activities. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and development.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism. Experience with POS systems, payroll, and inventory management. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus but not required.
