Regularly evaluate product quality and seek new suppliers.
Organize and supervise the various departments.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.
Estimate future needs for goods, utensils and cleaning products.
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor the restaurant's image and suggest actions to improve it.
Control operating costs and identify waste reduction measures.
Prepare detailed reports on income and expenditure (weekly, monthly and annual).
Promote the brand locally (word of mouth, events, partnerships).

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management (a degree in hotel management or culinary school is an asset).
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or restaurant director.
Excellent knowledge of drinks and dishes, with the ability to effectively inform customers and teams.
Proficiency in restaurant management software (such as resto-pro or equivalent).
Strong leadership, good interpersonal skills and management skills.
Strong financial management and cost control skills.
