Job Title : General Manager for Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant located in Business Bay. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive customer satisfaction Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality food preparation Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage supply orders to optimize profitability Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a focus on continuous improvement Work closely with upper management to innovate and expand offerings, including meal plan services

Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Fluency in both Arabic and English (required) Good with numbers and basic Excel proficiency Flexible working hours and a strong work ethic Innovative mindset with the ability to drive operational improvements

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
