Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor orders efficiently.
2. Customer Service:
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
  • Train staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold restaurant standards.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and implement solutions.
3. Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching/disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment and motivate team members.
