About the Role:

We're looking for a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy dining establishment. This role requires a hands-on leader with a commitment to excellence in service, team development, and operational performance.

What You'll Do:

Daily Operations:

Manage the restaurant's daily functions, including kitchen flow, front-of-house service, and overall guest experience. Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and health regulations. Oversee inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to support smooth operations.

Team Leadership:

Hire, train, and mentor team members across departments. Build staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage for optimal efficiency. Promote a positive, high-energy workplace culture to keep morale and performance strong.

Guest Experience:

Uphold quality standards to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Address customer concerns with professionalism and urgency. Develop ideas and strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Management:

Track operating costs, control expenses, and support the achievement of financial targets. Review sales data and develop action plans to increase revenue and improve profit margins.

Marketing Support:

Assist with local marketing efforts, including in-store promotions and events. Work with the marketing team to grow brand presence and attract new customers.

What You Bring:

Prior experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment. Solid knowledge of service standards, food handling, and health code compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to stay calm and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic computer tools (e.g., Excel, Word). A diploma or degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus but not essential.
