Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations to ensure efficiency and minimize costs.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and analyze performance reports, customer feedback, and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue through promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Manage scheduling, staff performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
Ensure the restaurant consistently meets or exceeds financial and service goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of
5 years' experience
in a managerial role within the
hospitality or food & beverage industry
.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
Fluent in
English
; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, French) are an advantage.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, budgeting, and inventory software.
