Restaurant Manager

who is passionate about hospitality and ready to lead with purpose.

Your Role: Restaurant Manager

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll take full ownership of operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. You'll lead from the front, ensuring our high standards are met -- and exceeded -- every single day.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a premium dining experience Drive performance through strategic cost control and budget management Collaborate with kitchen and marketing teams on menu development and seasonal campaigns Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For

5+ years

of proven restaurant management experience (fine dining or high-end casual preferred) Exceptional leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory software, and staff scheduling tools A customer-first mindset and passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences UAE market experience is a

plus

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
