Key Responsibilities:
? Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
? Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
? Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
? Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
? Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
? Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
? Coordinate with suppliers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in
Hindi, English, and Malayalam

- Ability to handle pressure and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
