We are seeking a driven, organized, and experienced
Restaurant Manager
to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional service and hospitality. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in food quality, customer service, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Schedule and coordinate shifts to ensure adequate staffing.
Track and manage financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and budgets.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Work closely with ownership/upper management on strategic goals and improvement plans.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
