Restaurant Manager
to lead our team and ensure a top-quality dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
Handle scheduling, training, and team performance
Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control
Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Occasionally travel between branches or handle external errands
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and team management abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
A valid driver's license is required
Degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
