We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience. Preference will be given to candidates located in Malappuram and Kozhikode who are looking for an exciting opportunity in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
:
Operational Excellence
: Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and maintenance of high service standards.
Staff Management
: Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging employee development, teamwork, and high performance. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
: Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a pleasurable dining experience for all patrons, Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Financial Oversight
: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitor operational expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Health and Safety Compliance
: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies to create a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Marketing & Promotions
: Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions, events, and marketing initiatives that drive guest traffic and increase revenue.
Menu Development
: Work alongside chefs and culinary staff to develop menu offerings, maintain quality, and ensure that customer preferences are met.
Vendor Relations
: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of food and supplies and negotiate favorable terms.
Reporting
: Prepare and present reports related to restaurant performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity to upper management.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with restaurant management software and point of sale (POS) systems.
