Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and staff management
Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high-quality standards
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Monitor inventory, costs, and budgets to optimize profitability
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams to maintain food quality and service efficiency
Implement operational policies and procedures in compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly
Drive sales initiatives and marketing activities to increase revenue
Prepare reports on performance, guest satisfaction, and operational metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurant management within luxury or fine dining
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high-volume, high-end service environments
Knowledge of hospitality best practices and luxury service standards
