About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Restaurant Manager
to oversee the daily operations of a
high-end standalone restaurant
in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of
F&B operations
, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance.
Maintain
high service standards
and ensure a premium dining experience for all guests.
Work closely with the
Executive Chef
to plan menus, special events, and promotions.
Manage restaurant budgets, monitor food and beverage costs, and ensure profit targets are achieved.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure consistent service quality and team morale.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with
Qatar's health, safety, and hygiene regulations
.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
Implement marketing and sales initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Requirements:
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in F&B management, preferably in a
standalone or fine dining restaurant
.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven record in achieving
sales, service, and profitability goals
.
Must be
locally available in Qatar
with a
valid QID and transferable visa
.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Diploma or degree in
Hospitality Management or Business Administration
preferred.
