Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a motivated team in delivering a world-class dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in managing high-performing restaurants.

Key Responsibilities



Manage all restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and safety Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies Maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in restaurant software and POS systems Fluent in English & Arabic Knowledge of Qatar's hospitality standards and labor laws preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
