We are looking for an experienced and service-driven
Restaurant Manager
to oversee daily front-of-house operations at a luxury restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, fine dining experience, and a commitment to delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily dining restaurant operations and staff performance
Ensure exceptional guest experience and prompt issue resolution
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service flow
Train, support, and motivate waitstaff to maintain high standards
Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for smooth operations
Maintain inventory of service items and ensure operational readiness
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role in fine dining or luxury hospitality
Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage
Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and a hands-on, team-oriented attitude
Willingness to relocate to Qatar.
