We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager with a strong background in fast food restaurant management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing fast food operations, ensuring smooth daily operations, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain inventory levels, manage ordering and supplies, and control food cost. Monitor and achieve sales targets, implement strategies to maximize revenue. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to meet quality and service standards. Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Lead by example in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and team management.

Required Skills and Experience

:

At least 3 years of fast food restaurant management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of food safety standards and operational procedures. Valid QID and NOC. Immediate availability.
