About The Job Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our customers, managing staff, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for food and customer service, who can work collaboratively to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver excellent service.
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to ensure efficient operations and cost control.
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met and maintained.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and grace.
Manage scheduling and labor costs.
Track and analyze key metrics to drive sales and profitability.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in front-of-house management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.).
0-1 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
Languages - English & Hindi (Compulsory) + Other Languages
