Job Description

(Immediate Joiners required)



Operational Management:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting.

Staff Leadership:

Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional service standards, addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profit margins, and implement strategies for improvement.

Menu Development:

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings based on trends and customer feedback.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Marketing:

Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

Language:

* Arabic (Preferred)
