Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and cafe, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Monitor food & beverage quality, service standards, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.
Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene policies in line with local regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize wastage and control costs.
Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including chefs, baristas, servers, and supervisors.
Create staff schedules to optimize productivity and manage labor costs.
Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent service and maintain high morale.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Service & Guest Relations
Ensure guests receive outstanding service and resolve any complaints professionally.
Build customer loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.
Financial & Business Management
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability to meet business targets.
Develop and implement promotional activities and seasonal offers to increase sales.
Control operating costs and maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
Marketing & Business Development
Collaborate with marketing team to promote the cafe and restaurant through social media, campaigns, and events.
Develop relationships with suppliers, partners, and local community to enhance business reputation.
Identify new opportunities to attract and retain customers.
