We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager for our Al Zeina branch in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving business performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
Control costs and improve profitability
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operations
Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and labor regulations
Drive team motivation and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of F&B operations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets, staff, and operations effectively
Experience working in the UAE / GCC is preferred
Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
