Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
1. Oversee smooth daily operations, including opening/closing, reservations, and service flow.
2. Maintain impeccable service, hygiene, and safety standards specific to fine dining.
3. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for optimal financial performance.
Guest Experience:
1. Deliver world-class, personalized service, anticipating guest needs and building loyalty.
2. Handle VIPs, high-profile guests, and resolve complaints professionally.
3. Ensure the restaurant ambiance (lighting, music, decor) reflects the brand and Asian aesthetic.
Team Leadership & Development:
1. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff on fine dining service etiquette and Asian cuisine knowledge.
2. Foster a positive, cooperative, and high-performance culture.
3. Set clear goals, provide feedback, and coach for continuous improvement.
Culinary & Brand Alignment:
1. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure menu quality, presentation, and consistency.
2. Uphold brand standards and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3. Drive innovation in service and guest engagement within the Asian fine dining context.
