We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Restaurant Manager
to lead and oversee operations at our Abu Dhabi branches. The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience in the F&B industry and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial goals.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with senior management to set goals and drive the overall success of the restaurant.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry (minimum of 5 years preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive dining experience.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and financial management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
