Recruit, hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate employees, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive culture.
Customer Service:
Ensure high satisfaction, build guest rapport, handle complaints professionally, and gather feedback.
Financial Control:
Manage budgets, control labor/food costs, monitor sales, track inventory, and order supplies within budget.
Quality & Compliance:
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations; maintain food quality and presentation standards.
Marketing & Strategy:
Develop promotions, contribute to marketing plans, and work with management on business goals and improvements.
Essential Skills: Leadership & Communication, Financial Acumen, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail, and Knowledge of Food Safety & Regulations.
